2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival – Four Themed EventsRegister Now for Free!

  The highly anticipated 2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival is just around the corner! In addition to a three-day competition and carnival market, the festival also features a wide variety of exciting stage programs—a feast not only for the eyes but also for the taste buds.

Specially curated segments include international exchanges and craftsmen’s sharing sessions, inviting world-class culinary masters, families with children, and senior participants to come together and enjoy a truly inclusive food carnival.

This year, the festival has prepared four themed events, all free of charge with limited spots available. Registration is open now through October 3—be sure not to miss this opportunity!

 

1. October 10 – [Chef Ryu Kyung-Rae Sharing Session]We are honored to invite renowned Korean chef Ryu Kyung-Rae to join Mr. Hung Chin-Long, founder of a famous Taiwanese beef noodle brand and chairman of the association, for an exclusive session. Together, they will share their culinary philosophy and cooking techniques, giving participants the chance to experience the charm of world-class chefs up close. The session will also explore the creative sparks between international beef noodles and Taiwan’s iconic beef noodle tradition.

2. October 11 – [Taiwan vs. Singapore: Cross-National Culinary Exchange]Taking beef noodles as the centerpiece, renowned chefs from Singapore and Taiwan will face off in a culinary showdown. This is more than just a cooking competition—it is also a stage for cultural exchange and creative fusion. Audiences will witness how Taiwan’s iconic beef noodles intertwine with international flavors to create an exciting new identity.

3. October 11 & 12 – [Mini Chef: Parent-Child Cooking Experience]A specially designed culinary activity for parents and children, where kids can try their hand at cooking and experience the joy of being a “little chef.” Through hands-on learning and shared moments, families will create unforgettable memories together.

4. October 12 – [Senior-Friendly Clear Broth Beef Noodles]World-renowned chef Su Wan-Chun will give a live demonstration on how to prepare beef noodles that balance both nutrition and flavor, specially designed for seniors. Centered on the clear-broth cooking method, this session highlights new perspectives on healthy eating, ensuring that the elderly can also enjoy the delicious taste of beef noodles with peace of mind.

  The 2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival warmly invites everyone to join in and “eat beef noodles, hear stories, learn skills, and make friends”—creating unforgettable memories together.
