2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival – Carnival Market Vendor Recruitment

　　Organized by the Taipei City Office of Commerce, this 3-day event will take place from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the Yuanshan Expo Dome, themed “Black & White Showdown: Battle of the Kings”. In addition to live competitions (Fresh Dishes and Ready-to-Eat Packs), the Carnival Market will feature over 80 booths for a lively gourmet showcase.

The Carnival Market includes the following booth types:

1.Beef Noodle Zone (including ready-to-eat products)

2.Beef Noodle-Related Merchandise Zone

3.Complementary Flavor Zone / Charity Booths

　　Eligibility: Vendors must hold valid business/company registration and provide at least one cashless payment option (e.g., Easy Wallet, LINE Pay, JKOPay, etc.).

　　Promotional campaigns including discount coupons and giveaways will be launched on-site to drive foot traffic and sales. All Taipei-based vendors are welcome to participate and create a fantastic market together!
