Updated Announcement of Competition Participants

　　Updates to the Competition Participants – 2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival “Black vs. White: Battle of the Kings”

　　In the Freshly Prepared – Braised Division, the selected participants Caesar Park Banqiao – Jia Yan Chinese Restaurant and Yun Zuan Beef Noodle have voluntarily withdrawn from the competition. Their spots have been replaced by Huang’s Noodle Shop and Lao Pang Traditional Beef Noodles.

　　In addition, Chao Niu B Premium Herbal Clear Broth Beef Noodles (Jiaoxi), a selected participant in the Freshly Prepared – Clear Broth & Creative Division, and Momordica Beef Noodles, a selected participant in the Ready-to-Eat – Braised Division, have also voluntarily withdrawn from the competition.
