2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival–“Black vs.White:Battle of the Kings”
Announcement of Approved Competition Participants

　　We sincerely thank all businesses for their enthusiastic participation in the 2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival – Black vs. White: Battle of the Kings competition. Based on the eligibility criteria outlined in the official competition guidelines, the list of approved participants is announced as attached: 93 entries in the Freshly Prepared category and 63 entries in the Ready-to-Eat (Packaged) category, totaling 156 entries from 111 beef noodle restaurants across Taiwan. This record-breaking turnout showcases the strong commitment of the industry to strive for honor and recognition.

　　The event organizers will assign dedicated personnel to contact each participating restaurant. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at any time.

　　We also warmly welcome the public to gather friends and family to join us from October 10 to 12 at the Yuanshan Expo Park’s Flower Expo Long Corridor in Taipei to enjoy a wide variety of delicious beef noodle dishes.
